What's atypical about our service

• We're fast and data-driven: our teams develop concepts in the morning, shoot/edit in the afternoon, launch in the evening, and iterate the next day based on real-world performance. So in the weeks/months it takes a typical creative agency to produce a video, we'll be on version 15.
• We're optimized for scale: For many clients we produce 100+ videos per week, to support multi-million dollar monthly FB budgets.
• We work on a pure pay for performance basis. Zero production fees for video.

We tend to think about how big an opportunity can be if we do our job well. I.e., if we hit ROAS / CPA targets, is the client ready -- operationally and from a working capital perspective -- to spend $1M+ per month?
